Made to measure, end to end

The problem

A CNC furniture startup was losing orders in the gap between their design software and their cutting machines. Labels were wrong. Costs were guesses. Shipping was chaos.

The approach

I built a full production suite — from CAD plan updates through cut-labels, packaging, shipping docs, and a direct handshake with the accounting system. One pipeline: drawings in, furniture out.

The outcome

End-to-end production tracking from design to delivery. Zero manual handoffs between systems.
